Welcome to the NDT Network. We are an ambitious crew looking to span the world with our own range of local gazettes, advertisers, journals and just about any other type of regular publication while also giving individuals and businesses an affordable and simple way to get their own web site up and running.
One of the great falacies about the internet is that it is hard to understand and even harder to build a web site and manage it.
Let us disabuse you of both these fairy tales.
The internet is easy to understand if you simply think about it as a universal source of information available through the simple medium of your telephone line using a computer.
As for web sites, they too are very simple to understand. They are like infinitely expandable books in which you can write things, put pictures or photographs, copy things directly from other, similar, books and which you can invite people to read on their own computers. There used to be a
great deal of mystery and mumbo jumbo about web sites but, as technology has advanced, it has eliminated most of the specialised skills that used to be necessary to build one.
You can build your own web site or have one built for you. You can manage your own web site or have it managed for you. Everything is available to enable you to talk to the world and have the world talk to you.
